For your convenience, we are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

Our fleet is equipped with GPS navigation and tracking to assure that we’ll find all locations quickly and efficiently and our installation vehicles are completely self-sufficient to protect the home or business owner’s privacy. We pride ourselves in covering all of the details.

I had a competitors perform maintenance my system on Feb 28th. The night of March 3rd (three days later) my furnace stopped working. The competitor came out the morning of March 4th and said I needed a new furnace, but it would be two days before someone could come give me a quote and it may take another two weeks for the replacement unit to come in…

So I called Horne. Within an hour they had someone at my house giving me a quote on a new unit. I called around to check prices and learned that the amount they quoted me was very competitive. Long story short I had a new furnace installed and a warm house again in less than 24 hours from when I initially called Horne. I moved to Charlotte, NC in August of 2013. The home I purchased had a 2 yr. old Trane HVAC installed and serviced by Horne. I went under a service contract with them for maintenance of the HVAC and have been very pleased. Recently, I had a tankless water heater installed by them. The professionalism and expertise of this company is supreme. I met one of the owners and several techs and have been extremely happy with their service. They are courteous, prompt and complete each job in a timely manner.

I had relationships with all my service providers for many years in FL. It’s always a little challenging to move to a new state and have to develop working relationships with all new companies and people. The technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He cleaned both furnaces and found two small repairs that needed to be addressed. He issued a quote to have the repairs completed and had his customer service rep call me to set up an appointment. When I calked I spoke with Jon Horne.
